I almost walk and bike every morning for half an hour, but always at least one of those.I go for a walk, about half an hour by 8 pm. I drink a glass of water after waking up and make about 20-30 min of Yoga. However, I can only fall asleep with distractions, be it podcasts or TV shows. Sleep & morning routine, evenings I sleep fairly consistently from 11 pm to 6:30 am. I take drugs like MDMA or LSD with a 3-month gap and barely consume alcohol or caffeine.I take the following supplements: I try to reduce processed foods, sugars, and non-organic (if affordable). In general, I try to reduce carbs over the day and only eat more for dinner, but sometimes I'm lacking low-carb alternatives that are cheap, healthy, and fast. Nutrition I try to eat protein-rich and fiber-rich and diverse. I almost always get my 10k steps in, the average is somewhere at 13-15k depending on the month. I have an active life, travel a lot, and spend quite a bit of time in nature and with people.
